Complaint Review: USBI ONE CALL COMM

I got my phone bill today, 12/17/2004. My bill is the same every month, month after month, year after year. Not this month, it was $40.61 higher. I know it's not a lot, but it's MY MONEY! All it listed was as follows: 12/04 603P DIEGO GARCXX 0246120 r 20.0 # 37.17. The Fed, State and Local taxes were in order, 1.12, 2.32 for a total of $3.44. Total charge $40.61. I don't think so. After calling the 888-480-8724 10 times, holding for 15 minutes each time, I was disconnected, each time. Then I looked up USBI on the web to see if I could get in touch with them that way to see about this charge, the email form on their site wouldn't send it. So I called my phone company and they took the charge off and said if I ever got in touch with the company(s) I could take it up with them. I will not pay them a penny!
