I thought I was dealing with a local company, wrong, I was shipped off to someone in India, not happy. They told me they could speed up my computer and printer connection. Instead, my computer was slower within 3 days. I gave them a second chance, they could not get it right, at that point I wanted my money back, which is a reasonable request, no fix, no pay! They refused, and in the ensuing conversation the tech, and his manager called me a son-of-a-b***h. I am not happy! Highly unprofessional, unetheical, very rude. do not use them.
