Got laptop back worked 1hr called office depot and the repair manger said he would hace the CEO call be back nextday did not have a call at all so I call ever one I call the stare in port arthur tx and he said he will make some calles well see I was told to buy the replacment pack and was told by the sells man at office depot that if they can not fix they will give me my choice to have the pc replace are refund my money bull carn now I'm been told it would be in a gift that can only be used at office depot well thats ok with me but I can not even get to that point in the St of Tx verbal words is a contrack all cyber test did not give me my orangel battie back I put down numbers and the do not match same as power converter never use office depot go to best buy never had no prolums with them cyber test need to be investagated
