Complaint Review: Cyberdet/K&W Enterprises

I bought this Cyberdet back in July/2001 and paid $29.00. to this day I haven't been able to use it. I emailed the site several times and asked for a cd to be sent to me since I had downloaded it and a cd was mentioned in the original advertisement but to no avail. Now recently I tried again emailing them but no answer, then I found your site and wanted other people to know what happened to me because I still get their emails to buy this software. Please don't get ripped-off like I did.I don't know if anyone can help me, I have a confirmation email from them and the address is what I have enclosed. thank you.N.Sherdo
