On 4/13/05 I purchase a Cyberhome DVD Recorder 1500 from Target.com. Two months after I purchase it, it was not working. I called Cyberhome and they tried to resolve the problem via telephone and email. They instructed me to ship the unit back to them for repair. I was notified later, they were shipping me a new unit.

On or about March, 2006 the replacement unit they sent me was given a "no disc message" even though there was a disc. Again I called Cyberhome and they instructed me to ship the unit to them. After three months I did not hear anything and final someone contact me to say they were going to ship another one which they did. They did not have a 1500 so they sent me a cheaper one (a 1600).

I was frustrated with the whole thing and bought another brand DVD recorder and decided to try to sell the replacement 1600 on eBay which I did. A few weeks later I get an email from the person who bought this unit telling me they were getting a no disc error. I had to refund their money and again had another DVD recorder which did not work.
