   I purchased two dirrerent Cyberlink Software products through an internet vendor.  Neither Media Suite 10 nor Power Director  v 11 would download.  The vendor would not take them back because it was "opened box".

   Cyberclink would not provide information on how to fix the problem with out a vendor emailed receipt.  The online patches would not work unless the software was downloaded and installed.  Corporate policy would not allow top management to be contacted.  What a planed "Catch 22".
