I should have read up on CyberPower PC before purchasing a desktop computer from them, but I didn't.

Ordered through TigerDirect, the CyberPower PC that I received was flawed right out of the box. The graphics card was causing green artifacting lines on my monitor and the company eventually offered me a replacement (shipping the old one out was at my expense, of course). Well, the replacement arrived just yesterday and for a brief time the computer ran as it should... until I went to turn it on this morning, only to be greeted by a blank screen. Tried several different HDMI and DVI cords, even a completely different monitor, and no luck at all -- just like that, the replacement graphics card was dead in the water. At this point I'd been made to wait for a fix that was worthless and had to pay out of pocket for it as well, so I requested a refund... only to be told that CyberPower does not offer refunds and that I would have to take it up with TigerDirect. Oh, and at this point I am precisely one day outside of TigerDirect's 14 day return policy. I've heard of planned obsolescence before but this was utter tripe, and the most CyberPower would offer is for me to send off the computer -- again, at my own expense -- for their people to examine and repair, a further waste of my time and money. Even on the off-chance that it came back working flawlessly, for how long would that last? I thought I was buying a decently high-end gaming PC, but instead I got a very sophisticated paperweight and CyberPower takes no real responsibility for their product.

Do NOT buy from this sham of a company. You will regret it.
