I have had very severe problems with CyberpowerPC. Ordered a very high end system in January of 2007 ($1700- no monitor) and have had nothing but problems since. Showed up with major restart problems, cycling without starting up, etc. I have sent it back to them 3 times for repairs with zero success. They won't give a refund and every repair comes back to me with the same issues--- so its either faulty parts or just a lemon.

The only success I had was putting in a major complaint to the BBB, and they called me right away- however, they are only agreeing to try to fix the orignal PC (for the 4th time). I have had a defective computer that is basically a lemon for a year and a half with zero chance at getting anything out of it.

So, I started a site: http://www.dontbuycyberpowerpc.com to help spread the word. My whole story is there if anyone wants to read up on these issues. Also found a few other sites that are similar to mine, so I'm sure this is much more common then everyone thinks.
