The main reason I went with Cyberpower was to receive the FREE games BattleField 3 (BF3) and Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2. The Cyber Monday BAIT said order by midnight and get all kinds of equipment discounts and software BEFORE Christmas. First one of the upgraded parts discounts was backordered so I had to get a different part. Their HORRIBLE apparently one and only sales manager with no supervisor Peter said the replacement part might delay the order till after xmas.

The PC arrived 12/22 (ordered 11/29) without BF3 period (no indication that it was BO'ed) and Call of Duty was out and out REPLACED with Just Cause 2 (never heard of it) and was not asked if i would like another choice. Upon calling to find out why I had to disappoint my teen 2 days before Xmas, I was told by someone with an at times unintelligible asian accent, about the back ordered and out of stock software. I do not think it is right or legal to advertise that you have something that must be purchase under specific terms, then turn around and NOT have the contracted item. If you order CAKE by noon from someone they should not be able to say we have no more cake, here's a FISH sandwich, without repercussions
