CyberRebate.com is definetly a rip-off!
I made a purchase for $361.86 worth of merchandise. It
was shipped via Airborne Express on 12/8. When it was received at the local-USPS it was REFUSED and returned via Airborne Express.
CyberRebate never credited me for the items that were returned to them. When I finally was going through paperwork and discovered I never received my credit, I emailed them on 05/31/00. I received an email that I only had 30 days to notify them of a problem and now there was nothing that they could
do. I spent over $300 at their site; I never received the merchandise; it was returned to them; but they would not do anything about it.
I next turned to my credit card company. They tried to get a 'good faith'credit from CyberRebate.com but they refused to do anything to date.
What a rip-off!
