I've had my cybersonic toothbrush for just about 1 year. My last shippment of replacement brushes were received in May 2001; with invoice dated 27Apr01. Since then my credic card has been charged twice for 'shipment' even though I haven't seen any brushes for 8 months.

I have tried to call them on several occasions and written e-mails but the problem is still not resolved. Their new recording now says something along the lines that they can only take calls between 6:00am and 8:00am Pacific Time. I live in Denver (Mountain Time) and have made a point of calling at 7:30am my time just to be sure. Still not able to get a hold of anyone.

I have become very frustrated with this product; which is of no use to me without the brushes. I have kept a copy of the e-mails I've sent and have gone one step further by contacting Tom Martino; The Trouble-shooter (www.tommartino.com). I'm gonna keep writing to cybersoic until my patience has run dry; which I imagine will be pretty soon.

I think that cybersonic is fully aware of its flaw but doesn't quite know what to do to resolve the issue. Here's an idea. REFUND OUR MONEY!!

While I have no direct control over what this company does, I do have control over what I do. And what I'm doing is letting everyone know to stay clear of this product. And I mean everyone. Today, I'll be shopping for a new electric toothbrush which allows me to purchase replacement brushes locally.

Hey All:

Just want to let everyone know that Cybersonic has continued to charge my account for replacement brushes that they've failed to send. So after explaining the situation to my credit card company they suggested that I change my account number. That simple! Of course this does nothing to help recover past losses but it will disable Cybersonic from continuing to take without giving something in return.

Call your creditors folks. I believe they will work with you. Anyway, I haven't given up my fight with Cybersonic. I sincerely believe that they should reimburse everyone who bought their product 200 percent. And I won't rest untill I get my share.
