I too have had incredibly bad experience with their customer service.

In October I was charged on my credit card for whitening gel I cancelled, never received the gel or my "free" replacement brushes. Have been on hold for a total of 3 hours and told my brushes would be shipped and they never were.

I was also given the excuse that they changed computer programs and warehouses and that was the reason for the delay. Now my 3rd set of "free" brushes is due and I haven't received the ones due in October to date.

I have also written them and they just ignore me. Only interested in getting new customers and the upfront money.

Robert Urich should be ashamed to stand behind this product and very poor customer service-related business.
