Complaint Review: Cybersonic

Cybersonic Failure to provide promised replacement toothbrushes. I'm using the same grungy toothbrush since August, 2001. How many times can you sterilize the brush? Dominguez Hills, California

The Cybersonic Company has advertised on so many commercials (with totally believable endorsements) that I felt secure in placing an order for not one, but two sets of Sonic toothbrushes. A selling point for me was the free replacement toothbrush heads that would be sent at regular intervals. I understood that there would only be the cost of S& H.involved. Sold.

Since the purchase, I have called on December 1, 2001; e-mailed on January 25, 2002; and was told on both occasions that the brushes would be shipped ASAP.

I called again on February 24, 2002, and got 3 years of coverage for both units. Was I stupid, or what?

I really want to continue using the toothbrush.

Why did I only do battle with the CyberCompany on only these few occasions? Probably because I have a Day Job.
The time I've cradled the telephone on my shoulder could have been much better spent---like in writing a whole novel, or perhaps making a quilt!

I am expecting to receive toothbrushes, and would love to be compensated for my new part-time job---waiting for someone to talk to on the other end of the CyberLine!
