I ordered the Cybersonic toothbrush on 10/15/01. I paid by my Visa Credit Card, and opted for the 5 installments plan. I ordered 2 toothbrushes.. Since I was not satisfied with the product, and what they were claiming was not true, so I returned the toothbrushes through UPS on December 11 2001. I called them and they confirmed the receipt on Dec 13 2001. Anyways, to reach them I had to call them 15-20 times, and hold for 20-30 minutes, and themn if someone did pick up, they just asked for my number and said that someone would call back, but that never happened, and I persistently kept on trying their number. I called and said this time that I need to buy a new product from them, and immediately a customer service person came on line, and when I asked him whether they got my returned product, they acknowledged it and said that he had set up teh refund for me, which I will be getting in few days. He also cancelled the remaining payments and other stuff from my account. I waited till Jan 2 2002, when instead of refunding, they conveneintly charged my account for the next installment!!
I was amazed, and called them, again going through the repetitive cycle. Thay said that the refund date was left blank by mistake, and so the refund had not been issued. So, he said on Jan 2 that a refund has been issued today. I waited till Jan 15, and when I called them, they said that the refund had been issued on 8 jan 2002. Now till date, I have not received a refund, and I am waiting for that.

They do not have a support staff, nor do they have the intention of paying someone's money, even when they get their product back.
Beware of such companies!!!
