My husband purchased the Cybersonic toothbrush for me for Christmas 2000 with the promise of free toothbrushes for life. I was very please with the product but certainly surprised when we received two brushes three months later at a cost of $4.65 for shipping and handling. I have my teeth cleaned every three months and get free toothbrushes from my dentist. I certainly could buy a new toothbrush for less that $4.65 each three months.

When I received the 2nd shipment I tried contact the company to ask them to discontinue sending them. I was on hold for 45 minutes and when a gentleman answered the phone he asked if I could hold, did not wait for a reply and then hung up.

Now a year and a half later I am still being billed repeatedly when I have refused delivery on their packages. They have never credited my VISA account with any of those refused packages. After disputing the item on my VISA they turned around and re-shipped under a different return address and rebilled my VISA.

I feel my only option is to cancel my credit card and go through all the hassle of changing automatic payment issues to stop this quarterly madness.
