I ORDERED MY FIRST CYBERSONIC SYSTEM THROUGH AN INFORMERCIAL. IN MY ORDER WAS A COUPON THAT ENTILED ME TO FREE SHIPPING AND HALF PRICE ON MY NEXT ORDER.

I WAS CHARGED FOR SHIPPING, BUT I COULD NEVER GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMRER TO COMPLAIN. FINALLY, I CALLED THE CYBERSONIC OFFFICE AND COMPLAINED (NOT A TOLL-FREE NUMBER).

THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE APOLOGIZED AND ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD ISSUE A CREDIT TO ME.

THIS OVER A MONTH AGO; I'VE RECEIVED TWO STATEMENTS AND NO CREDIT! STILL, I CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
