Cybersonic Replacement Toothbrushes Rip-off
We, too, purchased the Cybersonic Toothbrush by phone following the viewing of the TV advertisement. We, too, feel we have been ripped off when it comes to the 'free' replacement brushes every three months. We received the toothbrush in August of this year.
It is now the end of December and we have not received any replacement brushes. Our credit card, however, was charged by them in October $14.60. We have tried to contact the company by phone with absolutely no success. When we finally did get through to them just one time, they claimed they could not hear us because of a bad connection.
When we tried to call back, we got the annoying recording about them being too busy to take our call. We have even tried sending them email requests with absolutley no response. We are going to do everything we can to see that this company is put out of business for good. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
