I first ordered the cybersonic oral care system September 1st of 2001 and have not recieved the system. I have been charged 114.74. When I requested a refund they assured me it would be made however the refund has not been made. Also when I contacted them about this their reply was "We have a lot of refunds lately. Just wait you'll get your refund."

They won't refund your money. Dispute the charge with your charge card company, it's the only way; and You only have so many days to do so. Their game is to keep telling you that they're going to take care of it, but they no intention of doing so. Good luck!
