They sent me my toothbrush no problem. Every three months you're suppose to get new brushes for $4.65. They bill your credit card, but send no brushes. I've e-mailed them, called them, sent letters. I was told each and every time they "were sent". I've even recently sent a letter to Robert Urich's website about the company he is representing. The response I got was that they would forward my concerns to his manager. It's been almost a year and still no toothbrushes. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and they finally got a response and they agreed to send me a year's supply of brushes free. I sent reply of what do I do when they are gone? How can they send me a year's supply and I couldn't get two brushes for months. No response back to yet. I'm now going to let the BBB know of this web sites to read these complaints. I suggest you all do the same. Contact: Better Business Bureau (Attn: Debbie Hahdi), 550 West Orangethorpe, Placentia, CA 92870. Fax number is 714-985-8920. If everyone who has a complaint starts contacting the BBB, maybe we can all get something done, or CLOSE THEM DOWN.

I found his web site and I e-mailed about the cypersonic problem. I did get a response from Jim Suhy who was forwarding my e-mail to his manager. Now I really have no hopes that anything will become of my ONE e-mail. However, more than one?? Let's really INUNDATE them to death by sending e-mails with all your complaints. I specifically remarked how could Robert Urich have his name attached to such a scam. Is it all about MONEY??

robert@roberturich.com was the address that came back on my e-mail. OR go to his web site and make an e-mail from there.

I called my credit card company about the problem of being charged for the brushes and not receiving them. They told me they would creditmy account. I had sent them a letter also indicating with my letter to the BBB. My account has now been credited for the brushes at least.
