Cybersonic Ripoff False TV Advertising
I purchased Cybersonic over one year ago. I never received replacement brushes. I've called their customer service 5 times (in early AM) and always get a promise to send the brushes out. WRONG. So basically I spent over $100.00 for a common toothbrush that lasted as long as my Colgate grocery-store brand. They don't send replacement brushes! Their CS number has a recording saying they are swamped with Christmas orders (in February?) so now it becomes impossible to reach them.

I called the number given by Matthew. I called before their business hours; the recording referred me to the SAME customer service number that gives the "timely" christmas message. I still say we should all e-mail robert urich at the link provided at roberturich.com! This page is monitored by him and his wife. I'm sure they won't respond, but he should hear that his reputation is SPOILED!

I suggest that we ALL send a complaint to him at his home page. There is an e-mail link at the bottom of his page it is:
askrobert@roberturich.com. Let him know what you think of his and his deceptive ad. There is EVEN a link at his site to cybersonic and his FANS can be ripped off also. I sent him an e-mail.
