Complaint Review: Cybersonic

Cybersonic has twice debited my VISA an excessive amount for something I have not received! This is similar to other reports about the company that are scattered around the internet.

Their 1-800- 770-7525 number does not work on February 2, 2002.

The internet and TV marketers of the product refuse to give contact information other than the 800 number. I am currently contacting them and will publish the names of those who refuse to help me contact Cybersonic.
