3 ways to get replacement brushes and to hold Amden Corp accountable.

1)San Francisco's ABC affiliate (KGO, Channel 7) is now investigting Cybersonic. They came to my home to film an interview, and they have interviewed other Bay Area victims. Now they begin their research phase.In the meantime, a staff member has gotten me a pair of replacement brushes. Take time to write and share your story about Cybersonic. And ask them to help you, too, get some replacements.

2)A very helpful woman in the Consumer Protection Div. of the CA Attorney General's office got me brushes and told me that she had been working a whole lot just on Cybersonic complaints. Even if you live outside CA, it is appropriate to report to the California DA's office and ask for help bec.

Amden is based in CA. Phone and leave a message with Monique Murray. Her direct dial number is (916)445-2643. If you think, as I do, that merely getting a brush (or a pair of brushes) is not a "fix" for the underlying problem, please say so and ask Monique to refer the matter to the Attorney General's enforcement division.

3)It is essential that the Fed. Trade Commision hear from you. For the cost of a phone call and a few minutes of time, you can talk w/ a real, live person who will take your detailed complaint over the phone. This is how change can happen in a bigger (although slower!) way. During business hours you can reach the FTC at 877-382-4357.
