CyberSonic Toothbrush destroyed my confidence in purchasing any thing on the Internet

8 months ago I purchased a Cybersonic toothbrush. I was so confident that I purchased two. The system worked fine until one of the toothbrushes stopped working. I also received bulling for replacement toothbrushes that I did not receive. I received instructions on now to return the toothbrush: I insured the device and tracked the delivery of the device. After waiting for two months. I contacted them regarding the replacement charges and the replacement brush. I was reassured that I would receive these Items shortly. It has been 6 months. I have repeatedly contacted them, each time receiving reassurances that the new brush would be delivered shortly. They were contacted by email and phone conversations. After waiting for long periods of time to talk with someone I was Hong-up on and guaranteed that I would receive my replacement brushes with my replacement toothbrush. This did not solidify. I feel that this company does not deserve to be in business. that is all there is no more that needs to be said.

Do not purchase their system. Although it may work the customer service is so lacking that it is not worth the effort. You will end up with a expensive brush that you cant do anything with.
