12/28/01 Entry:
11/3/01 Saturday, ordered Cybersonic Toothbrush from TV commerical. Paid full amount in one payment to receive within 10 days "Express Delivery" service as opposed to 3-4 weeks delivery.

11/6/01 my bank account was charged the full amount $109.70.

11/16/01 received unit after more than the 10 days promised.

12/3/01 I called customer service 800 770 7525 to request RMA return procedure, was told to return unit to sender: Amden Corporation, 20100 Vermont Ave. Torrence CA 90502, and was also told that a credit would be issued to my bank account immediately. Shipped unit Priority Mail this day.

12/1201/ a.m. Called again to check on refund,I was told by an operator that someone would call me back, told operator the nature of my inquiry Checking on refund. No one returned my call.

12/12/01 p.m. Called again spoke to operator 226 who forwarded my request for refund to a supervisor.

12/14/01 a.m. Called and spoke to operator 238, Melisa who forwarded my request for refund (3rd request) to a supervisor.

12/17/01 My wife called and spoke to operator 262 who forwarded our 4th request for refund, he advised that it would take 10 days.

12/27/01 10 days later, Wife called to check on request, spoke to operator 288, took message, said someone would return our call. No one has ever returned our calls.

12/28/01 Called again, got answering service due to high volume of calls, someone will callus back. Yeah Right.
