Cybersonic Toothbrush
We ordered this product in August of 2001 with the promise of receiving replacement brushheads every 3 months at the amazing price of only $4.65. Well it is now January 16 and we have yet to receive the replacement heads. Two months into using the product the original heads broke and were rendered useless. I have contacted the company once by phone and twice by email and received the same response, "the toothbrushes are on the way."
Well I have not received the brushes, but was finally billed, but not at the promised and advertised $4.65, but at an elevated price of $14.65. I can't wait to hear their excuse now. If I do not receive a refund for the additional charge (and the brushes) I will have my credit card company refund the charges.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
