Complaint Review: Cybersonic

I'm not sure you are aware that Cybersonic is stealing from and not supporting customers. I bought 2 of the Cybersonic units from them about 1 year ago. They have charged my charge card and have not shipped replacement brushes. I have a TON of phone
calls and e-mails into the company and they keep telling me that they have shipped and to be patient. They are not shipping or honoring their agreements.

I LOVE THE PRODUCT BUT CANNOT USE IT ANYMORE SINCE THEY CHARGE ME FOR REPLACEMENT BRUSHES AND THEN WILL NOT SHIP THEM TO ME. I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE JUNE!!! My old brushes are worn out and the product has become useless. Since I bought two units and cannot get new brushes for them, they are affecting the dental health of two different families.

I'm not the only one. You are getting a bad name by being associated with this company. Do you really want your name on this?

along with my story. To make matters worse, I sent this link to them so they could redeem themselves. They have chosen to NOT
respond to these stories.

Just thought you would want to know and do something about it.

To date, there is NO RESPONSE. To be fair, it has only been a few days, but Jim Suhy has read the e-mail and not responded either. Maybe they know???
