Cybersonic won't return my money
I returned a toothbrush 11-17-01 with prior authorization. They have not refunded my money. I have placed numerous calls and I usually get a recording or the answering service. I got through one time and after i gave them my name, they hung up on me! I just want my money back!! Please advise me on what I can do now.
