I ordered the Cybersonic toothbrush on 2/15/01. I received it in a few days because I paid with my Visa debit card. After a few weeks of use I was not impressed with the product so I returned it via U.S. Mail INSURED after receiving a "Return Authorization Number" from Cybersonic. They received the product on 3/15/01. On 3/23/01 I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Then someone picks of the phone and hangs it back up. I immediately hit redial on my phone and was on hold another 9 minutes when a recording came on that they are experiencing technical difficulties and to please call back in an hour or two. (The woman doing the recording was yawning in the process of recording the message). I could not call back until 3/30/01 when I then spoke with Lishanda. She had to verify the article number from the green postal card that I received back from the post office not the "Return Authorization Number". She said it had been received and that refunds are issued on Tuesdays. I waited until two Tuesdays had gone by before contacting them again. It is currently Wednesday 4/11/01. The first thing I did today was call my bank. There was no credit made to my Visa account. I then called Cybersonic where I talked with Sonja after 10 minutes of being on hold. She said the refund was posted to my Visa account today. Today is not Tuesday so I doubt that this was done especially when the bank had no record of it. I wanted to tell everyone to please research a company before buying from them. If I had done that first, I wouldn't be where I am today. I would have seen all the complaints on Cybersonic and would have never done business with the.
