CyberTrans International out of Brentwood, TN is a very unethical company and has cost my business thousands of dollars.  

They had a representative come in and talk me into using their service.  The lady who did this told me she would fill out the application....all I had to do was sign my name.  She told me she would take care of it all.  

Two days later she told me my accounts (I opened 3 separate accounts)....and she told me all were approved.  She told me I needed to have 3 separate accounts with another company, authorize.net.  These were $199 ea....I also had to have a programmer spend about 2 days at $50 per hour to set this up to work with my website.  

I processed for 3 days...over $3k in sales...then, for no reason and without notice, they closed my accounts...and HELD ALL OF MY MONEY!!  They now tell me they are going to hold my $3,000 for 6 months!  They closed my accounts, which cost me about $1,500 to set up...and are holding over $3k...  This company appears to be small and they have no customer service skills...they do not tell you any info...I had to hire an attorney to get anyone on the phone....and as soon as there was an issue, the lady who set up the accounts quit answering her phone and would only text message me...and give no answers and avoids me.  

I would not recommend doing business with these guys...they are scammers and in my opinion, just looking for people to use to hold their money....alot of other good processors out there....THIS IS NOT one!
