My initial intention was to access a web site that would provide tv access from my computer. The steps to access service were easy and uncomplicated. I started at TV.com. This progression, I am guessing.

When it came to the payment, there were two additional charges. I gave all my credit information for a $53 plus charge. When I went to the login, I was unable to access the account. I filed a customer service report, but, after 24 hours there has been no response.

I have saved the e-mail confirmation. This can be attached.
