I can verify what Cathy from Boise has written. This company is where you end up if you sign up for NFL.com online TV. They have charges that are non-refundable that should be refundable when their service does not work. I tried for two hours to make their product work to no avail. With each step, I was asked to sign up for additional services that also did not work and came with additional charges. When I asked for a refund after the two hours, I was told that they would not refund the non-refundable charges($19.95), even though their service did not work. They did refund the additional charges I incurred while trying to get the sevice to work.

When you try to access their FAQ section, there is no FAQ information to access. What does that tell you? No bad when you can make $20 off everyone that signs up expecting a service that does not exist, eh?

I would not recommend anyone buy into this rip-off.
