Complaint Review: Cyberwings Communication Inc

We have purchased web hosting reselling services from Cyberwings Communications (sales@cyberwings.com) and paid them full amount whenever they asked for. Now since last 2 months their serives are stopped though they have announced that they are going to launch it within 1 months but since after 2 months they cannot.

Now we cannot wait more for their services, we have made several request to refund our money in last 15days. But they are not taking our request seriously. We have filled the complaints with PayPal also and waiting for their response. The following are the payment details :
