Complaint Review: Cycle Brothers DBA SD Cycle

My story is identical to others who have posted about this guy back in 2014. 

I scheudled pick up with Kimberly, and should had know better when I needed to reschedule multiple times.   Memphis finally picked up my bike and said $89 for diagonsis.  After 2 weeks he said I sent me an estimate of $489 to repair the bike - seemed reasonable due the the condition of this bike.   After 2 MONTHS he said I needed a new battery for $100. I sent him a Gel cell I bought and he gave a long winded story about how it didn't come with acid and he had to go out of his way to 'score' some to fill the battery.  AFter anohter month I started hounding him about getting my bike back and he became VERY defensive and abusive by text. I didnt have his address and I couldn't find him. I asked his name and he just didnt respond.   When he did text he would text at random times and lay on a thick layer of BS- 3 and 4 paragraphs of lunacy.

I finally drove by the address he gave me 1026 5th Ave in SD, it was a car park garage. Clearly, a fake address. Finally, I typed his number into google and found these posts here. If you are reading this you have been scammed by this guy. I have contacted the SDPD and on Monday I will call the City Attorney's Office too. 

This guy is a con artist and likely a drug addict scamming us for his habit. He talks a good game. Be aware!
