Complaint Review: cycle city of erie pennsylvania

i have never complained like this before.but i must let people know how bad this motorcycle business is. My son and i took our Kawasaki motorcycle to cycle city in Erie Pennsylvania for a tune up. It is April 6th now. there was still snow on the ground, so not to be in a rush.  everyone knows how busy seasonal places get in the spring.They had the bike 3 weeks just called to see how it was going,service man said they changed the plugs and tuned carburetors up. all that needed done was test ride. wanted to wait for nicer day [sounded rite] waited another few days called again just missed the guy said he would call us back. [ not ]  called 5 times. all kinds of crap lies, will call back etc. finally went and picked it up! nothing, done, in same place we parked it . they said we owed them thirty some dollars [no way!!we left] my concern is if they lie like that about stupid things, how much do they lie on your final bill ,do the math .!!?? are the hours of service rite etc. did they put parts on they said they did?? to not be trusted,!! is to not be trusted! period . last part is not by knowledge, but assumption, that part is my opinion but it sounds about rite to me..stay away from this place bad business!! if no one heads this warning, its like the signs at amusement park   [ RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK]
