Complaint Review: Cycle Warehouse

I purchased a Harley wheel,on Ebay,that was listed as a "new take off",whic is a part that was taken off at the dealer and replaced with a different one.The picture in the Ebay ad was of a nice shiny new looking wheel.

The wheel I received was dirty,corroded and damaged.Not anything like the wheel in the picture.I contacted them about thier mistake and they told me to send the wheel back and they would either,send me another,or send my money back.After explaining that there were other charges to be considered,such as taxes,brokerage fees at the border etc,they asked me to send them pictures of the wheel.

I sent the pictures and never heard from them again.After a half dozen emails and 2 unanswered phone messages,I came here.

As it turns out,there is a given amount of time you have to settle these disputes through Ebay.This time ran out within a couple of days of me sending the pictures to the Cycle Warehouse.

Obviously they are well versed at this game.

DO NOT trust this company.If you choose to ignore my warning,and your deal goes bad,contact Ebay immediately!!!
