Heber, a new hiree who has mostly 3 month stints with each of his jobs before being let go, was hired by a very low class and shady company. CycleOne Financial, a high interest low class finance company out of Orlando, robbed me for over $7,000. Their mostly "imported" staff who barely speaks English, stole property of mine, damaged personal property, and due to a 31 day late payment repossessed the vehicle I purchased.

Heber Breff, the unskilled and non photogenic new employee, wanted to impress his new higher ups by showing what an idiot he is. CycleOne Financial is as guilty as he is, as they're the failing finance company that hired him. Can't find reviews on CycleOne Financial? That's because this low class, under par poor excuse for a legitimate business isn't accessible per user opinions... they wouldn't look good if the public knew their scamming ways.

Anyone who has also been ripped off by Heber Breff and CycleOne Financial is more than welcome to contact me. I'll forward you Heber Breff's personal information so you can let him know how you feel. I can also forward you my attorney's information so you can get involved in what is coming to Heber.

31 Days late...

You could have stopped your report right there. They have a right to repossess your vehicle as soon as you are delinquent. You agreed to that when you got the loan. Just be lucky they gave you 31 days. There are some companies that put GPS devices on your car and disable it remotely for being as little as 1 day late, and then reposess your car after as little as 5 days late.

Perhaps next time instead of paying an attorney you could actually make your payment when you said you would. Oh and the next time you talk to your attorney, perhaps you should ask him about what you put in this post. My guess is that if they are an honest attorney you won't like their answer.
