I have recently been using a engineering firm that is out of Canada called Cycloides and they have offices in India to do a project and I have had nothing but disappointment after disappointment in their services, there responsiveness and overall professionalism. Do not use them.
They only utilize software engineers in India to do the grunt work. They quoted me a price and timeline to do the project not only did they miss the deadline but they came back and asked for more money. These people over promised and under delivered. I would not recommend anyone using this firm to do any software engineering projects.
I hope that no one out there is using an engineering firm Cycloides. They have been nothing short of a disaster in doing the work I contracted with them to do. Anyone thinking of using these people, think twice or more because there has to be better software engineering firms out there that will do a much better job than these yahoo’s.
