Hosein Oskouei alias Cyd Rossi is an OG Con-Artist from way back in the 70's. He will promise you the moon and the stars and then he will lie right to your face. He will steal your intellectual property and then sell it to the next victim for a profit. DO NOT trust this idiot with even a short conversation. He’s clever and will draw you into his web. He has spent time in several penal institutions in California, Texas and Idaho and is being investigated presently for Child Endangerment, Human Trafficking and Fentanyl Production greater than 100 lbs.

In 2021 he was scamming the Small Business Administration for fraudulent PPP money. In his twenties, Hosein moved to the big city, where opportunities for his talents were abundant. He started small, running petty scams: selling fake tickets to popular concerts, posing as a charity fundraiser, and setting up elaborate Ponzi schemes. His silver tongue and confident demeanor made him seem trustworthy to almost everyone he met.

Hosein's greatest scam came in his seventies when he established a fake investment firm, Jamison Enterprises. With a polished office, a team of actors posing as staff, and impressive but fabricated reports, he convinced hundreds of people to invest their savings. For a while, he even paid out some returns, further luring more investors into his web. But the foundation was built on lies, and eventually, the whole structure collapsed, leaving many ruined.

With the heat closing in, Hosein fled the country. Using a portion of his ill-gotten gains, he bought a new identity and settled in a remote tropical paradise. For a while, life was good again. He lived in a luxurious villa, surrounded by the beautiful ocean and endless sunshine. Yet, despite his new life, Hosein couldn’t resist the thrill of the con.

He started small once more, exploiting the locals and unsuspecting tourists with various schemes. He sold counterfeit art, promised lucrative real estate deals that never materialized, and even dabbled in identity theft. Hosein’s reputation spread, and he became known as a clever but reclusive man, someone that was despised and avoided.

But karma has a way of catching up. One of the tourists Hosein targeted was an undercover detective investigating international fraud. The detective, James Bennett, spent months gathering evidence, slowly piecing together Hosein’s trail of deceit. It wasn’t easy; Hosein was meticulous, always covering his tracks. However, arrogance often blinds even the smartest criminals. Now they’re on his trail again.
