Cymax Stores- Arash Fasini Horrible Experience, Even the Direct Manufacturer admits Cymax is at fault! Online -physically In Canada Internet

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. Mr. Fasihi and his team are the worst to do business with. They first sell you items as a collection that do not fit together then claim they will fix the problem or issue a refund. When the requests for refunds goes over to a Shannon A. she changes the approval and brings up all sorts of excuses to not refund me or correct the problem. I have even been in contact with the direct manufacturer and they have also concluded that Cymax commited a huge error and that they need to fix it. I spoke to Bush Furniture's direct contact person for Cymax and she gave me the number to the main managers at Cymax and they have never returned a call. I have sent emails to all of them including Mr. Fasihi and they never reply back.

It has been over 3 months and this issue is yet to be resolved. I am in the process of seeking legal assistance to get my money back and some. Having the full support of Bush Industries on my side does not look good for Cymax either. Watch out Cymax creeps you will not continue to rip off people and get away with anymore.
