Complaint Review: Cynexis Media Columbus Ohio

I am filling this report for Cynexis Media, Columbus Ohio. I have worked with Cynexis Media for over 6 months as a Sr. SEO Analyst at their Indore office. During my tenure with Cunexis Media I never get paid on time, (not only my case, all employees.) They paid us once in two-three months. Some how I manage to survive for few months, after that I have raised my voice for salary (with 10 other employees) their Director in India, Rishi Singh Suggested us to go on mass leave for few days so we could have  asked owner to release our salaries and we did so. After that incident, Rishi terminated me and 5 other employees without any warning, notice period or compensation even they never paid us for running month.

I would like to aware all, don't do any buiness with Cynexis Media or don't do work there.
