A year after buying 2 cynosure elites, I receive a call from Lalli to extend a purchase agreement for 10k. She assured me that I can cancel this contract within 30 days. I went ahead and signed. Few days later my machine went down and I called cynosure where they informed me they have noone available and I had to wait 2 days. I explained that before signing an agreement I was told the tech will be here within 24hour period, which was a lie! I spoke with Lalli and leah to cancel my agreement since I had to use 3rd party to fix my laser. I was assured they cancelled my services untill 9 month after I receive a call from debt collector that I owe cynsosure monies. THIS IS INSANE!!! I called cynosure but they told me they have no record of me canceling the contract. This is unreal! I have to pay for a contract that I've never used and canceled just because they have no record!!! The bottom line THEIR CUSOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE PLENTY 3rd party that are doing great job in servicing lasers! Cynosure sucks!

 Right now I'm waiting for their reply on maybe fixing my situation but I'm going through the same thing! What happened after they sent it to collectors? Did you get it resolved?
