I ansered an ad for Equinox Eye Syrum for an anti wrinkle day and night cream and a reviltol anit aging cream. I was only suposed to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling and $3.95 for the others shipping and handling. Then I get these overdraft notices that I an over drawn in my account and I new I had not spent that much money on anything.
When I went to the bank to inquire who took those large sums from my account they had informed me that if I filed a complaint with them and I ordered anything from the company in question I would have to pay and additional $20.00 for each inquiry. I choose not to go that route. Insstead I called the number on my statement showing for the particular company. I was very irrate and threatened to go to the Attorney General and then a negative media blitz on the company if I did not get the money put back asap. they said I had to return the product and they would send the email with the address to return the product and I never got such an email. I found the address here on this website and I returned it to that address. I got charged an additional $25.00 three different times because of them taking that money from my account.

YOUR issue is that you DID NOT READ what YOU were agreeing to. This is so common now that there is a word for it. Its called "Clickitis". This means that YOU agreed to a contract WITHOUT READING IT!!! When you entered in your payment information online, you clicked an "Agree" tab. When you did this WITHOUT READING what you were agreeing to, you entered yourself into their membership program. You don't seriously think that the items YOU ordered in fact ONLY cost a few dollars. Its a way to get you into their product. Since you cannot be bothered to read, then YOU MUST face the consequences of your own actions. Are you NOT an adult. One would think that someone who has lived as long as YOU is smart enough and WISE enough to figure little things like READING out. While this SEEMS unfair to you, its ONLY because you CHOSE to NOT READ!!! YOU agreed to the terms of the offer without reading. YOU are the one who entered in YOUR payment information. YOU,YOU,YOU. Accept that YOU made a mistake. Cancel the membership and learn from this in future online transactions. THEY are ONLY doing what YOU told them to do and nothing more. This is YOUR fault and YOU need to accept that YOU screwed up. What YOU should be thankful for is that THEY don't take you to task for blaming THEM for YOUR mistake. YOU made your post and you did it ONLINE!!! The web is a media outlet. As such if they took offense to what YOU have posted, they would be well within their rights to sue you in civil court.
