Complaint Review: Cynthia Baxter

This doctor is scamming vulnerable victims of crime. She has been scamming seniors at the Peter Lougheed Medical Center by illegally detaining perfectly normal seniors, in the Mental Health Unit of Peter Lougheed Medical Center and she administered toxic sleep inducing overdose of anti psychotic medication to make these seniors hallucinate and gradually lose their memories. She accepted serious bribes from strangers who claimed to be distant relatives who forced the hands of these unconscious seniors on signature lines of Enduring Powers of Attorney drafted in advance and stole all their money and possessions. She deserves jail time. These were perfectly normal seniors and Dr. Cynthia Baxter administered deadly insanity, hallucination, amnesia and delirium inducing medications to them while getting bribes from predators. She is a criminal and must be in jail. She colludes with Correctional Officers like Richard Veldhoen who got fired from Calgary Police Services for sexual misconduct and excessive use of force and bribery. Richard Velhoen and John Dooks, both sex maniac bribesters are her accomplices. She declared women who complained of rape by these officers as unfit to testify to ruin their trials and get Dooks and Veldhoen exonerated. She is a saviour of rapists and sex maniacs. Veldhoen is currently on her team. They need to be in jail. Instead, she uses John Dooks and Velhoen's contacts at the College of Physicians and Surgeons to continue to discredit victims of sexual assault at the hands of Dooks and other powerful patrons and benefactors for money and promotions.

She does not see or treat anyone but passes gossip based opinions for substantial money from Dooks and other police officers accused of sexual assault. She administers drugs to women who are wrongfully convicted, that lulls them while they are raped by male correctional officers like Richard Velhoen. Baxter is a crook and she is a pimp. She discredited female police officers without even seeing them nor ever treating them. They reported sexual misconduct against colleagues and Baxter declared them unfit for service after declaring them unfit to testify at trials against their rapists. Baxter never saw or treated these complainants. They were complete strangers to her. A fundamental principle is that a physician cannot pass any opinion without seeing or treating any individual. Baxter never sees these complete strangers on whom she passes opinions based on the narrative of their rapists.
