Cynthia Manatalo and Phil Heggie rented a house from me in Charlottesville, Va. in 2005. They wrote rent checks totalling $7,434.00 and the checks were returned for non-sufficient funds. Additionally, I had to spend over $4,000.00 in repairs to the house because they had acquired numerous dogs (9) and an unknown total of cats.
She is very sly and cunning and when you first meet her she is very likeable. Google her name and see what others have to say about her and her boyfriend, Phil. These two are the worst con artists I have ever encountered. DO NOT RENT TO THEM!
