cynthia rowley Matress pad a ptece of junk!! Nationwide
I purchased a full-size mattress pad (Cynthia Rowley label July2013 delivery on the tag) about a year ago. Listed manufacturer is Phoenix Down Corp. I just started using it recently,and after just 1 month the entire bottom polyester covering is peeling and shredding allowing the polyester filling to come out. Was this product defective? Now I won't even be able to launder it (ever!) since it's already coming apart!! What a piece of junk!! When I contacted customer service at Phoenix Down, they said I had to ship it back to them if I want replacement. What-- spend $25 or so to ship back a pad? I'd rather buy a pad from another (more reputable) manufacturer!
