I met Mr. Cypher through his mother, Egan, with whom I was working with in the Spring of 2008.  I expressed an interest to Egan in developing websites for a business venture that I was pursuing.  I asked her if she knew of anyone that she could refer me to, and naturally, she told me that her son could take on the challenge for me.

I contacted Griffin and he said that he would work for me as an independent contractor and we signed a contract on May 30, 2008.  In that contract, he stated that he would develop 4 websites by June 15, 2008 at the rate of $100.00 per hour.  To this date, I have paid Griffin $11,100.00 and still don't have a single website.

I have tried to contact Griffin and he has threatened the safety of my 5-year old son and said that if I do not quit harassing him, he will be calling the police on me.

So first of all thanks for committing defamation (libel) and attempted felony extortion.  I'll be forwarding this to my attorney.  At no point whatsoever did I EVER threaten you or your family.  You are the one that had a bunch of people call me up and tell me that they were going to pay me a visit.  You are seriously delusional.  I guess you didn't get it when all of your bill collectors, attorneys, and DETECTIVE CLINT KERR of the Leelanau County Sheriff's department stopped working with you after talking to me.  Det. Kerr was shown all of the websites that were developed for you and agreed that I had fulfilled my end of the contract.  You did not pay for your hosting or your search engine optimization and let your sites expire.  This is your own fault.  You are the one that is in breach of contract.  If you want to go to court then that is fine.  I will win.  You will lose.  You did not pay for the remainder of your contract.  This is your own fault. You don't get the sites because you did not pay for them.   The whole reason I stopped working with you was because you failed to pay me within the contract period.  And I knew that you had no intention of doing so.  I bent over backwards and went extremely above and beyond to assist you in the process of site setup andI personally fixed your personal computer.   Any further written or spoken libel or slander will be used in your prosecution.  You will have your day in court.  I doubt very highly that this is what you want.  I'm sorry that it has come to this but if you do not remove any and all b.s. that you have written I will be forced to take legal action against you.  This is your final warning.   I am forwarding this to my attorney and a third party for verification as well as re-posting for everyone on this site.  Anyone who has any questions can contact me gladly.  This lady's own family thinks she is a desperate joke.  Now she has committed crimes and will be prosecuted.  Have a nice day.

It has been almost 2 years since it states in the contract as you report, that 4 websites will be developed by May 30. 2008.

You state you do not have a single website but have paid over $11,000.

Have you contacted an attorney? Since Paul will not deal with you anymore, and is threatening to call the police on you for harassment and harm your 5 year old, I think it is overdue to consider legal action.
