Cyprus Moments do herein issue the following Corporate Rebuttal Statement by means of full rebuttal & repudiation :

To confirm, Cyprus Moments has many satisfied wedding, corporate, events & private clients. Independent referrals, testimonies & depositions are available upon this client's request.

Secondly, to confirm, the hotel in question was not booked via or by Cyprus Moments. The hotel in question, was in fact actually booked by the client direct, prior to Cyprus Moments contractual involvement. Cyprus Moments had no prior knowledge of the closure of the client's pre-booked hotel & in fact only learned of this hotel's snap-closure at the time it was announced in the local Cyprus media.

Thirdly, to confirm, Cyprus Moments did in fact offer to find the client an alternative venue, following the snap-closure of their original hotel, which (as previously stated) had been booked directly by the client prior to Cyprus Moment's contractual involvement. In doing so, Cyprus Moments presented the client with options within their stated budget parameters. Once the client made their decision, Cyprus Moments then legitimately requested the required booking deposits. These funds were then remitted via Cyprus Moments directly & immediately to the new hotel. Full receipts to this effect can be produced upon request.

Next, in reference to the church, this was booked directly by the client prior to Cyprus Moments contractual involvement (as per the manner of their initial hotel booking, as outlined above). Any issue relating to the church therefore had nothing whatsoever to do with Cyprus Moments.

As regards the cake, Cyprus Moments were initially asked to supply this by the client, some 2 months earlier. Cyprus Moments was then subsequently informed by the client that she would be providing her own cake. Furthermore, Cyprus Moments does not owe any monies whatsoever to Cakebox. Cyprus Moments are in actuality owed monies by the client in question.

Therefore, to surmise, Cyprus Moments successfully organized the client's wedding, despite issues relating to aspects outside of our contractual remit. In doing so, Cyprus Moments were, in actuality, praised by the client and their friends & relatives on how well this event was planned & organized. Therefore it is with great shock & much regret that we are compelled to issue this full rebuttal.
