Jeff Cyr and CyrCo record company specializes in phonograph records and as a "Collector of Yesterday's Recordings."

As a baby boomer with a lifelong interest in 1960's music and pop culture, I was delighted to see the first Monkees album being advertised with ALL 4 Monkees Autographs on the LP on Cyrco's website. The advertisement noted that the LP itself was in horrible condition, but this didn't matter to me. The album can be found in horrible condition at any thrift shop for $.99 cents or less -- I was interested in the autographs being on the LP.

I was thrilled when it arrived--and equally as disappointed when I discovered that I was sent the totally worn out album--and it contained absolutely NO AUTOGRAPHS.

I immediately went on line to complain and a week later I was told that I would receive a complete refund immediately.

When I did not receive a refund a month later, I complained.

When I did not receive a refund two months later, I complained again.

Now at three months later, I again emailed the owner and informed him that unless I receive my refund or at least a positive response -- it will result in complaints being filed everywhere appropriate to this situation.

As I am being ignored, the "I'm A Believer" campaign starts here.
