Cytelx Service Technician Charges Too High The Abandons Clients Torrance, California
I found this site today while searching for a way to contact Michael Bushey at Cytelx. Apparently someone else has had problems with his services too, so I felt it's my duty to shed some light on what my company went through with him. We are trying to reach him but we only get a Google Voicebox and he is too flaky to call us back. Also, his old cell phone number has been disconnected, which I can only assume is a sign that he's bailed on all of his clients.
My company had a service contract with Michael Bushey who owns the company Cytelx. His website makes it sound like they are a big company but Michael is the only employee. We have industrial machines that Michael was servicing one day and he brought a lady along with him to our office. We didn't mind her being there because Michael said she worked for him. She was nice and even fixed our copy machine while Michael was trying to get our equipment online. I asked the lady how long she had worked for Michael and she got a confused look on her face and sorta laughed nervously. She said they were friends and she gave him a ride because it's a long distance and his vehicle gets low gas mileage. Later when Michael and she were in the same room, I heard him tell her to say that she worked for him but she told him that she had already told us she was his ride. It is extremely unprofessional to bum a ride off a friend when you are charging someone 100's of dollars per trip just to save a couple of bucks on gas.
Michael has always been really hard to get a straight answer from but we had a service contract and he seemed to fix stuff so it was ok until this more recent time. He was talking to tech support on the phone trying to get our machines working and then hung up on the guy at the end of the day before everyone was leaving for the weekend. This cost our company a few days of production which totaled in the range of thousands of dollars. Later Michael said that he didn't know he was supposed to get permission from our owner before making a decision like that. This coupled with him tagging someone along that wasn't even an employee was the last straw. Michael later had the b*lls to bill us for his time after all the money he had already cost our company. Michael Bushey was paid a lot of money to take care of our equipment but his flat out laziness and impatience is just too much.
