This place is TERRIBLE!!


1. I told Ann that I live in Tampa and she led me to believe that it would be easy to rent with them because 'all we needed' was a debit card/ID & ANY kind of insurance card. Which is NOT the case. You have to have specific transferable insurance in order to rent with them otherwise you have to pay an ADDITIONAL 20.00 per day on top of the already high rental rate.


2. The rental rates were high 29.99 per day (others are renting for 15.99 and up)


3. The $100 deposit STILL hasn't been returned to us as we have requested many times along with a credit because of the below issues 


(3a) - the car was all banged up and looked like someone had hit it or been in an accident 


(3b) She told us that you can't smoke in the car which I liked because I am not a smoker yet there were burn holes inside and even a LIGHTER in the side door


(3c) THIS IS THE WORST AND MY BIGGEST PROBLEM - The key got locked in the ignition and wouldn't start, so when my fiance' and I went to leave for work at 5:30 am there was NO starting it... It was locked up and we couldn't even turn the wheel to get it to unlock in the ignition. We missed half a day of work COSTING us ANOTHER 100$+ dollars and not to mention we got written up for being late... when it wasn't our fault. 


4. When I called to talk to Ann about it she kept telling me there wasn't anything she could do until Thursday when the GM was supposed to be back in the office... The car was due back before that, I asked her how the car was going to get back if we couldn't get the key to turn and she basically said we would be paying for additional days if we 'kept it' but we literally couldn't start the car at that point. 


5. The 'GM' called us back, asked our side of the story and then said he was going to talk to Ann and then give me a call back because I requested our deposit back plus a credit considering we went there under false pretenses as well as it cost me more money than I ever expected because the car glitched and didn't work. HE NEVER CALLED BACK


6. I filed a report to the BBB and Ann (even though she knew that I was the one dealing with her) said in the report back that there is no record of my  name on there. DUH - I didn't rent the car my fiance' did and she knew that. 

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE BY NOT RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I WAS JUST REVIEWING THIS INFORMATION THAT WAS PLACE ON MY COMPANY; AFTER SPEAKING WITH OFFICE MANAGER THIS CUSTOMER WAS IRRATE AND UNREASONABLE TO DEAL WITH.  MY OFFICE MANAGER DID EVERYTHING IN  REASON TO TRY AND HELP HER; BUT COULD NOT COME TO ANY REASON. THE MATTER WAS REFERRED TO MYSELF; (D'ANGELO)I CALLED THE CUSTOMER LEFT A MESSAGE ON VOICEMAIL. WHEN I GOT A CALL BACK FROM HER SHE WAS STILL UPSET WILL NOT ALLOW ME A CHANCE TO SPEAK. AT THE END OF THE DAY SHE WASN'T THE INDIVIDUAL WHO EVEN RENTED THE CAR!! REALLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WAS CALLING. i DID IN FACT REFUND THE DUE AMOUNT TO THE CUSTOMER AND APOLOGIZED TO HIM FOR ANY INCONVENCENCE.
